Sheikh Jassim Bin Hamad Al Thani has officially submitted bid in for 100% of Manchester United

“The offer aims to restore the club to its former glory, both on and off the pitch, and will focus on putting fans back at the heart of Manchester United Football Club”.

“The offer will be completely debt-free via the Sheikh Jassim Foundation, which will invest in the teams, training facility, stadium, infrastructure and communities that the club supports”.

Sheikh Al Thani statement: “The vision of bid is for Man United to be renowned for footballing excellence, and regarded as the greatest football club in the world”.

“More details of the bid will be released, when appropriate, if and when the bid process develops”.

“We will look to invest in the football teams, training centre, stadium, wider infrastructure, the fan experience and the communities the Club supports”.

Ratcliffe bid for Man Utd

Sir Jim Ratcliffe has submitted an official bid to buy Manchester United, following Qatari’s Sheikh Al Thani proposal.
