Sandra Dangote, the mother of Tanzanian music sensation Diamond Platnumz, recently felt compelled to clarify her affection for the artist Zuchu amidst a public misunderstanding. The incident unfolded when she posted a video showcasing the gifts she had received from Tanasha Donna, another prominent figure in the music industry.

 

In a gracious gesture, Mama Dangote publicly lauded and expressed gratitude to Tanasha Donna for the thoughtful belated birthday gifts. However, this display of appreciation inadvertently sparked a wave of speculation among fans who surmised that Mama Dangote had unfollowed Zuchu on her social media accounts.

To address the growing rumors and confusion, Mama Diamond chose to speak out during an interview with Wasafi FM. During the interview, she clarified her perspective on the situation, explaining that she believed the gifts were actually from her grandson, rather than directly from Tanasha Donna. This revelation aimed to set the record straight and underline her continued fondness for Zuchu despite any misunderstandings that may have arisen from the gifts she received from Tanasha Donna.
“Ni kwa niaba ya Tom Kaka, ni kiunganishi.” she said.
When asked if she had I followed Zuchu , Mama Ndangote said,
“Nishazoea mwanangu. Sijamuaunfollow. Sasa nimu-unfollow kwa lipi? Wambea wa Insta wasiniletee mambo ya kitoto ya kizamani. Siko kwenye level hizo, mambo yangu ni ya kiutu uzima.”
Furthermore, she earnestly appealed to her fans to refrain from creating a rivalry or conflict between her and Zuchu.
“Wasinigombanishe na mwanangu Zuchu. Wote wanangu jamani, wasiniingize kwenye mambo yao.”
In a video posted by Mama Dangote, the single mother presented her with a bouquet of flowers, along with a generous gift of money, luxurious perfumes, and aromatic oils. Additionally, a heartfelt note accompanied these thoughtful presents.
“Mama, Something small for not keeping my promise. I hope you like it. Happy belated birthday Mom. May Allah bless you always. Love T.”
Mama Dangote responded, “Duuuh natoka zangu site nakutana na Surprise ya zawadi yangu ya birthday kutoka kwa Mama Tom kaka @tanashadonna yani sina cha kusema ila nasema Alhamdullillah 🙏♥️🥰.”
