“I take this opportunity to thank all students who dress respectfully when they arrive at the university. However, we have discovered and noted with concern the indecent dressing of some of you,” Dean of Students said.
The dean emphasized that it is required for every student, regardless of gender, to maintain a respectable appearance during their time at the educational institution.

Furthermore, she cautioned the students against donning casual attire, such as short skirts, snug trousers, crop tops, and see-through clothing
“The following are not official; Mini/semi-mini skirts, skin-tight pants, ripped jeans, mid-cut blouses/T-shirts, low-cut blouses/dresses, mini shorts, and transparent dresses that show bra straps,” the memo said.
Additionally, the list of prohibited attire encompassed flip-flops, Crocs, t-shirts featuring offensive or inappropriate wording, baggy pants, and garments revealing the chest area.
“Please note that slippers, crocs, and all plastic shoes are not official wear, and should not be worn in the University. Therefore, this is a request to all students to dress respectfully,” the letter read.
